This policy outlines how we prepare, ship, deliver, and—when necessary—receive garments back, so every expectation remains clear, calm, and considered.

1. Where We Ship

OshiOne currently ships across India.

International shipping will be introduced thoughtfully—only when we can ensure the same standard of care, timing, and experience.

Rest should never feel rushed.
Neither should delivery.

2. Order Processing

Each order is prepared with intention, not haste.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days

During limited releases, seasonal launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer

Once your order is prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times may vary depending on location:

Standard delivery: approximately 5–10 business days

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure garments arrive safely and securely.

Delays caused by weather, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur. When they do, we communicate.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

There are no hidden movements.
No surprise detours.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Sleepwear is intimate by nature.
We ask that returns reflect this understanding.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted if:

The request is made within 7 days of delivery

The garment is unused, unwashed, and unworn

All original tags and packaging are intact

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and care reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Worn or washed garments

Items damaged due to improper care, handling, or storage

Items returned outside the eligible return window

7. Return Process

Our team will review your request and provide next steps

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges for size or fit are subject to availability.

We design our sizing with precision, but bodies are personal.
Where possible, we will assist in finding the right fit.

If an exchange is not available, a refund will be processed according to our return policy.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the issue.

We will assess and resolve the matter promptly—either through replacement, exchange, or refund.

10. Responsibility of Care

Each OshiOne garment is designed to last when treated with respect.

We encourage you to follow the care instructions provided, as damage resulting from improper washing or handling may make the item ineligible for return.

Longevity is a shared responsibility.
